The item I received did not match the picture, but Times NYC has been incredible. They sent me a return label for the first pair, prepaid. But they sent me a second pair even prior to me sending back the first pair. The second pair was also not what I was looking for, as it was lighter in color than the picture. I used the original return label they sent me to return both pairs of glasses, but never heard from them about the refund. I emailed them again, after about 2 weeks of mailing the glasses, and they tracked the package and said the glasses were returned to me - most likely because the original label wasn't enough to cover the weight of both pairs. They are going to send me an additional return label at no charge, and they were even going to return the purchase price prior to me mailing back the glasses with the new label. All in all, they have been really wonderful to work with. Thanks Times NYC.
