I like the jacket and plan to keep it. There were some issues that troubled me that I'll report them here:The shipping label and thus the tracking number were created within two days of my placing the order. It was then that I learned that the jacket was coming from Pakistan, which eventually proved not to be a problem. However I would have preferred one made in the USA. For some reason it took ten days more for the product finally to get into the FedEx system and begin moving out of Pakistan. Once it finally got moving it arrived in New Hampshire in two days, so in spite of the initial delay, considering where it originated, I guess I'm okay with the shipping. Incidentally although I'm a Prime member, I had to pay thirty bucks to get my jacket to me.The package was delivered to my door in satisfactory condition. My first reaction was that the leather seemed quite stiff which made the jacket difficult to put on. Being new to leather coats, I began reading-up on care and maintenance of leather apparel.I purchased from Amazon some leather conditioner (Leather Honey) and treated the entire jacket. This softened the leather nicely without darkening the color. It did give it a slightly more glossy sheen which, in my opinion, is quite desirable. This made the jacket much more comfortable to wear.Size was a concern, so before ordering, I checked all my coats in the closet. They all were Large. Most fit me well; a couple were just a bit snug. If I were to err, it was to be on the large side, so I ordered Extra Large. A good decision: it fits great. I weigh 176 pounds and am 5' 10" tall... and shrinking - except in the mid section.There are three minor negatives, which is why I gave the coat four stars:A jacket this heavy and built this well deserves a heavy-duty zipper. The zipper on this jacket seems too light. It's a bit difficult to operate and I'm wondering how long it will be 'til it breaks.Also the zipper is the mirror image of any zipper I have on any of my clothing. I'm told that this style of zipper is intended for lady's apparel. A little awkward for me to deal with, but I'll adapt.Finally, the buttons that hold down the outer pocket flaps are either too large or the button holes are too small. The flaps are extremely difficult to button down or unbutton. Why not just make the slit in the buttonhole a little longer? Anyway, I'm hoping that this condition will correct itself as the leather breaks-in.One final thought and I'll cease my yammering: Please include with this fine product some printed instructions on the care and maintenance of the leather. Include what sort of critter this leather came from so a professional cleaner will know how best to clean my new coat.Beautiful Jacket! My Husband loves it!its a beautiful jacket this was way to small for me I got the large so im giving it to my son I ordered me another one at 3x cause I'm a big dude and my forearms could barley fit in the sleeves lol at a large so yeah go up a couple if ur a bigger dudeFirst of all, I want to retract a statement I made earlier regarding the shipping being late. etc... I was just being hasty. When actually it was early than expected. I apologize for any wrongdoing that I caused. When I received my jacket it was second to none, to say the least. I love the grade and texture of it and I am totally satisfied.Jacket that was sent to me was not new it was used. It had no tags or any sort of wrapping at all.It has animal hairs on it. Leather smelled bad and very cheap feeling. Button holes were notwell made. Was returned asap.These jacket is VERY good! Leather is good! Size also good!DisappointedOrder at least 1 size larger. Leather is cheap quality, not soft leather like advertised. It's warm but it seems more like "costume quality". Not even worth the price. I will probably send this thing back.
