Nice looking chair. I bought two. They were delivered promptly. Also, they were well packed. The chair must be put together. Be advised that the assembly my be extremely hard. The arm rest holes didn't align because they were drilled "offset" at the factory. They weren't even close. I had to use my drill to bore out three factory holes so the they would align to the arm rest threads (inserts) so the bolts would feed. I had to modify some of the instruction procedures to make the assembly easier. I'm a big DIY guy, and the assembly was a 'pain' to say the least. Of course, I was assembling two chairs. No defects in the wood material , a few marks on the leather (but very acceptable), and all the hardware was included. Your lucky if you get a decent chair with properly aligned holes. My chairs look super, but that's after twenty pounds of sweat, wood working, and a few modifications. Quality control for factory machine shop workers (hole drillers) needs to be monitored at a higher level or just eliminate drinking on the job.
