I included pics of the other large print version in buffalo leather versus this regular print version in cowhide. The regular/standard print is the light brown version in the pics with colorful maps and smaller print.Overall, it’s beautiful and will probably last a lifetime. It seems like sturdier attachment to cover than the other buffalo version, it has awesome pics with vivid maps when compared to the bland colors used in the large print. I returned the large print version because of its maps, otherwise I would’ve kept it because it’s a little easier to read. I don’t think you can go wrong with either since we each have different needs and tastes. If you’re thinking about the large print (other model in Buffalo) here’s some thoughts.Pros: The Bible is made of nice buffalo leather, print is large and easy to read, seems very well made. There are tons of maps and other amazing details.Cons: The maps aren’t as nice as the regular print version. They’re harder to see all the details and borders because it’s not full color, with the exception of the back page maps. The cover attachment to the binding (maybe wrong term) isn’t as solid as the cowhide version (cowhide). I don’t like how the inner is pasted down versus the other version. It (cowhide) seems to be glued differently so it’s more flexible and durable long-run. The cowhide version appears to have a strip of the leather from the cover extended into pasted between the first page in a way that looks very secure long term.
