Well made nightstand for the price and style. Color is not a true white. It is an antique white which happened to work nicely in my room except I thought I was ordering true white. Top of the nightstand is a nice cherry color but you know it doesn't feel like real wood. One last thing, the side of the nightstand had some faint varnish drip stain. Although the dresser did not meet my expectation, it is beautiful if you are looking for the old style look. I kept it.
