Seller initially reached out to confirm size of the garment before shipping, and worked to make sure it shipped to arrive within the scheduled window. The jacked did arrive damaged (missing a rivet head on one of the buckles), but otherwise the quality of the materials and such were good. I will also point out that this jacket is not quite accurate to the Malcom Reynolds jacket from Firefly/Serenity - it's about 8" too short (stops below the hips, rather than the knee), and the color is too light. The company is willing to work with me to make things right though, so kudos to them for great customer service! If they ever corrected the length/color issue, I'd consider buying another jacket from them.
