I was so excited to try these boots out. I needed a short, but sturdy boot for summer animal chores. Unfortunately the sheer weight of the boot was the cause of my return. I’m lugging around 50lb bags of feed and carrying buckets of water through fields multiple times a day; I can deal with weight. But the weight of these boots seemed unnecessarily heavy and seemed like they would increase fatigue.
