Generally, I have really liked the toppers I've gotten and I've written good reviews to say so. This time, I ordered the 14" but when it came, it was exactly 12". I specifically oordered the longest length because of the way the volume of my heair drops off at the end, so I was disappointed. I returned it and asked for the actual 14" hairpiece. Nothing.Personally, these have been the perfect amount and type of hair for me, and I've really used and loves them. This experience was surprising and sad.
