I'm an 8.5 USA, so I ordered a 9. I thought I'd have trouble pulling these on, but I did succeed, and then I got them wet. They conform to your feet and get softer, so don't fret if they seem too small at first. I love my pair! They fit and look great. Make sure you completely douse them in water first, put them on and walk around to soften them up. These are truly wonderful sandals! I have 3 pair of Gucci shoes and with every pair I had to size up 1/2 a size, then squeeze into them and walk around. It's just how the Italians do leather, I guess. But they fit your own feet so much better by "training" them. Once they stretch to fit you'll be relieved that you didn't order up too many sizes, because you'd know those would become way too big. A half size up is okay.
