Fits great, I'm 5'9.5 and just got down to 200 pounds. I ordered a large and it fits just as I wanted it too. Love the color and number of zipper pockets. Also if you have a beard or long goatee you will appreciate the zipper cover on the top. No more hair snagging which is big for me.
