Initially I was disappointed because I thought it too light, so I didn't open it for two weeks. But upon searching on the internet for days, I could not find any with a pattern I liked as well, so I opened it and put it on the bed. I am so happy with it now! It is not a heavy quilt but does not slide around as easy as some have said (but this could be according to the sheets you have). But I love the color, weight and so far (without washing it) the quality seems to be good....update; still loving it! I am ordering another one because I love the quality and color so much and I am making pillows, curtains and throws out of extras.
