Though it is labeled "piano bench" (even on the outside of the box it was shipped in, ha) I had a feeling it would make a wonderful entryway bench, and I was right. I perused all of the entryway benches, and the ones made specifically for this purpose are either really expensive, or flimsy and bland. This matches my decor, and I bought it to go with a console table and coat rack in similar styles from Amazon to complete my foyer and provide some organization.It arrived quickly and securely in a box inside of a box. Instructions, screws, and the allen wrench were stored neatly inside the velcro-ed fabric on the underside of the bench. All I had to do was screw the legs on, and with no mechanical skill or experience I was able to do this in about 20 minutes. This looks stylish in my entryway, with the tufted faux-leather and detailed legs making it seem like an expensive piece of furniture. It feels very secure, too. My dog hopped onto it as soon as I assembled it. The only issues at all with this bench are that 3 of the 4 legs, upon close eye-level inspection, are blemished. They have very small scratches. Lucky for me, the other piece of furniture that came today came with a little crayon for filling in nicks. I used it on this, and now you'd never know. Even if I hadn't used that, the flaws would never be visible from a standing perspective. I almost changed my review to 4 stars because the product didn't come absolutely perfect, but I decided not to because of how beautiful the bench is, and for the price it's unbeatable.
