This item is advertised as being 30 inches high, but because of the cushion is actually severalinches higher. Because of this difference, it is difficult to get under the counter while sitting. After a several week delay in the original shipping to receive the stools, I tried to process a return and was met with a several week delay again to receive the shipping labels. Only after getting Amazon customer service involved did I actually get the labels and then I was asked to pay return shipping to California, which was not feasible for extremely heavy items. Not pleased given that the seller advertised returns or exchanges within 30 days.
