Sized up, the fit is decent and they’re definitely thermal. However I ordered these towards the end of winter and I’ll have to wait until next year to really try them because they took about 7 weeks to arrive.F 5'3 155 lbs. Ordered an XL. This is far too small to be an cl. Mislabeled for USA sizing! Will return it if a larger size is avail. Not every cyclist is thin! Nicely made but...I would likely love these cycling pants. I have other Pearl Izumi, all size medium and fit perfect. The sizing chart says they are a seemingly normal medium. Not only is the sizing chart so small that I cant even see it zoomed horizontal with my glasses on, the pants themselves are so small that I couldnt get them over my foot. Even forcing it, couldnt get them to my ankle. The medium fit like an extra small. The label on the pants and the tag were medium. The chamois was pretty thin and the side pocket seems pointless and flimsy, but still super wanted these pants. They are soft and thermal. However, I'm 5'10" and 145 lbs, I have small ankles, so these fit beyond small!Comfortable, warm, gorgeous and functional on my bike.
