July 2024 Edit: still thinking about the great customer service from this vendor, and still enjoying 100% of the product I received. My planters are brought in to a garage over the winter, I'm not sure if these would fare well after 365 outside, but mine look as good as day 1, no cracking splitting or broken planters or hooks, again, likely to not being outside all winter.I'm currently shopping for 8-10" black hanging planters, this is absolutely the first place I looked.----------------------------------July 2021 Edit: seller responded immediately and not only empathetically quickly thoroughly fixed the issue but provided a friendly sincere apology and a few extra pieces, just in case.I would absolutely purchase from this seller again. For ANY product.As for the product, its doing the job for the cost its a great buy! They are a bit thin and if you look closely you can tell the shape is a little deformed under its weight when hanging but its nothing you can see from any distance. Color is great. Seems like they'd probably crack after a season but we'll see..... And again, for the price and the color AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE its totally worth it._________________________________Initial: 100% are defective and unhangable.All the "hooks" on the hangers that attach to the pots are defective, U-shaped without the lip, literally not a single correct one out of the 30 "hooks"
