I had to return these great boots as they were too small. I received the packaging slip and returned them. My tracking slip says Shoe Bacca has received them but I have not received my $325 credit. Shoe Bacca says it;s in Amazon's hands. Amazon says the boots are still in transit. Not when I inquire with UPS. No money no boots. Is it Amazon or is it Shoe Bacca?
