This Fine Gold Metallic color cardstock is very nice and the weight is awesome! However, the 50-pack cardstock does not have a cover sheet nor a chipboard to protect the pack of cardstock. And, it is covered with an extremely thin cellophane wrap. Therefore, the corners are bent and the first and last cardstock sheets are damaged with scratches perhaps from handling, which makes two cardstock pieces not nice enough to be used as “bases for handmade cards.”
