There is something so magical about cotton candy, it is always a huge hit with kids. I bought this as a contribution to a tailgate setup, a fun activity and treat for the kids. It heats up in under 5 minutes (the manual says wait 5 minutes but I found it faster) and is ready to start spinning your favorite flavors. This kit comes with 4 different, tasty flavors, or choose your own hard candies. I kid you not, you can smash and use any hard candies with this which is super cool. A hammer and a little pouch to contain the crushed candy is pretty fun. I tried making some lemon sugar cotton candy and everyone thought that was really cool and unique. We had a great time flossing. This machine got a great workout and performed like a champ. It comes with lots of cones and straws for spinning. Cleanup is easy, the bowl and guard remove and the sugar rinses off easily.
