It came in perfect condition and the color was a lot darker than it seemed in the photo. I love it though and it's perfect! Both my Sugar Gliders live it and we're really curious when I was installing it. It was a bit hard to install, but that was partly my fault. It's sturdy and very well made! The shipping was really quick and shipped immediately after I bought it. It came earlier then it said it would and I highly recommend!
