Ariat makes great boots. Sturdy, good-looking, and, best of all, they offer plenty of specific sizing options. The double E width is key if you have weird, fat, ugly feet like mine. Especially if you work standing up. I highly recommend the heavy winter work sole not only for construction or contractor work, but for servers and bartenders as well. The comfort and durability that Ariat offers are unbeatable in this price range. (Half the cost of a pair of Redwings.)
