Edit: the customer service department reached out to me of their own accord, determined the correct color I was needing, and sent me a brand new package at their own cost as well as throwing in replacement tape. While everything being perfect from the get go is preferable, I had to come back and give credit where credit was due. They did everything they could to rectify the situation.I ordered multiple sets of the same color extensions and they showed up and were two different colors. I was also super disappointed in the quality - although they seemed nice at first, the shedding of hair was ridiculous. I can normally wear a single set of extensions for 3-4 different removal/reapplication processes but these came out after a month and most of the pieces had lost so much hair that I couldn’t reuse them and the pieces I did put back in didn’t hold with new tape. After years of extensions I can say I won’t be ordering this kind again. :(
