We visited several name brand stores and we couldn’t get over how cheaply made some of their items are for the extremely high price. We gave this Amazon one a try because we couldn’t find one that we liked and we’re so glad that we did! The table top is beautiful and the table is very sturdy in general. The assembly was a breeze and it was packaged excellently! I was actually a little skeptical when it first arrived because the box looked like it wasn’t holding a large table, but boy was I wrong. An exceptional table overall! The only thing I can comment on as a negative is that the surface of the tabletop is not very scratch resistant, but that isn’t a problem since we’re using a runner and plate mats.
