I love this rug. The design is gorgeous and I'm very pleased with the quality. My walls are painted Benjamin Moore "Bleeker Beige" and this rug coordinates perfectly with the walls and my brown leather furniture. I had a completely different experience than the previous reviewer. This was actually my 2nd online rug purchase - The first rug had an overwhelming formaldehyde smell and shed horribly. I returned it and exchanged it for this one and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.I was so relieved when this rug had virtually no odor at all and very little shedding. There is some normal new-rug shedding, but nothing compared to the first rug which filled my vacuum canister in one pass. I've only had it on my floor for 3 days, but I have a family of six and this rug is in a high traffic area so I think I would've noticed an unusual amount of shedding by now.It had a few wrinkles from being folded during shipment, but the wrinkles disappeared within a few days of laying flat on the floor.The one thing I would note is that the predominant grey color of the rug is darker than it appears online. I would describe this rug as dark grey, with light beige and gold accents and a walnut brown border. If you google this rug online, you will find images that more closely resemble the actual color.
