I'm generally a size 6-8 with slightly broad shoulders and a small bust. Using other reviews, I ordered a size 12 and was pleased with the fit. It is slim fit. I wouldn't wear over anything too thick. The bottom of the jacket hits right about waist level. I wouldn't recommend for busty ladies. The shoulders are not too tight, the sleeves just a touch long, the way I prefer them on a jacket. The leather is soft and "waxed". The lining is slightly stiff, but constructed well. I like the style and am pleased with the value.
