I ordered these boots a few months ago for a event and I wanted to wait until the event was over to write my review....Over the course of 2 days, I had to wear these boots for 16 to 18 hours. Never have I had a pair of shoes or boots I could wear for that long without my feet getting sore, especially if I was on my feet all day like I was with this event. Not only were my feet comfortable for the whole time, I probably could have kept wearing them longer than the time I need to. They are clearly well crafted and great quality!Aa for customer service, I misread the size charts so I end up getting the wrong size and I had to return the boots returned and get a new pair. Their customer service was more than willing to work with me and make sure that I got exactly the size I needed. I had no problems with refunds and we were able to get everything taken care of over the phone without any problems.I would in a heartbeat but another pair of boots from these people if I was in a spot where I needed to.
