I initially ordered 2 brown leather jackets size XL for my brothers. I was contacted via email by Lisa James, the CEO and Founder of Abbraci, the manufacturer. Ms. James requested measuments of their chests and they provided. She expedited the orders and my two jackets arrived 2 weeks earlier ( beginning of Dec). They are stunning!. I placed a second order and it arrived today, again 15 days early. Throughout the process, Ms. James has been in contact with me. I cannot say enough good things about the product and the customer service I was provided.Ms James is very aware of the sizing issues. My recommendation if you are ordering a jacket, get in contact with her via email and provide the required measurements, including arm width and length because this model is fitted. They use high quality leather and linning. The zippers and pockets work!. There is no loose stiching anywhere!. It is an amazing product. Furthermore, the makers care about the customers.Thank you!. You made three people very happy!!!This jacket is beautiful, however, it doesn't say that it's leather anywhere inside the jacket even though when you order it, it says LEATHER. I wish it would have said leather since its a Christmas gift and I don't want my son to think it's pleather.This jacket runs very small, even the 3X. It also has a very unique and unpleasant smell and it accompanied both purchases. Nice material; however, the tanning was somewhat uneven.Perfect fit in size small. Feels great. Smooth soft leather.Son loves it.
