**If I could give zero stars, I would, but the software requires at least 1 star.**First, the attached photo shows the sofa (fully assembled) looks like. This was a gift for my daughter, and was delivered to her new apartment. This is not the same as what is advertised. As you can see, the manufacturer failed to send - via Amazon- the "Left and Right Armrests". I immediately contacted Amazon to let them know. After letting the representative know about the missing parts, the apologized and called Safavieh's service number, but no one answered, and they did not get the option to leave a voice message. It was suggested that I contact Safavieh the next day to ask them to send te missing parts. In the meantime, I was given the option for a replacement, or a full refund. I requested the full refund thinking that Safavieh would be able to send the missing parts. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case. I called Safavieh's customer service department 6-10-22 and left a detail message. I also sent that same department and email regarding the missing parts. I got an email response several hours later telling me that they do not have replacement parts, and that I would need to go to Amazon for any replacement, return or refund. Had I known that Safavieh would not at least try to replace the missing parts, I would have opted for a replacement from Amazon. Safavieh failed. They are the ones that provided Amazon with the product to sell and they should be the ones to provide replacement parts. Amazon does not have missing parts just lying around their warehouse. In the future, I will not be purchasing anything from Safavieh. The entire experience was terrible. At least Amazon stepped up, showed that the customer comes first, and gave me options that where in my best interest. Thank you Amazon.
