I installed this last night. Installation was very easy, and it looks real nice. (I am partial to the wider slats). I did notice however that when installing the valance (horizontal piece covering the holding area at the top) that it slides on very easily. Tonight after getting home from work I noticed that the valance had slid off center to the right for a couple of inches. Number one, I have two "banchi Indians" otherwise known as my kids who like to dance and hop and tear up the house on a regular basis, and number two, when my wife raised up the blind this am and then lowered it before I got home, she must have touched the valance. No matter, how it happened, I say it is a design flaw. I followed the directions provided, so I don't believe I installed incorrectly. So I give this a 4 star instead of 5. The valance is only cosmetic anyway and doesn't affect the operation of the blind, which works just fine.
