I had cautious hopes for these boots. The fit ended up being wrong on many levels unfortunately. They managed to be both too small and too big in areas. I thought about tailoring, however after taking them in the leather was very low quality and likely to rip with much altering. So I opted to return them. They were in original packaging and literally never worn outside of the initial try on. The refund took an unusually long time and was much smaller than anticipated. I knew that they would deduct the shipping cost, however I was not informed that they would deduct over $40 for a “restocking fee”. There was absolutely no mention of this additional fee in the description or anywhere in the return process. Had I known I would have seriously reconsidered purchase to begin with.
