To be honest I picked these shoes/boots based primarily on style. Off all the motorcycle boots I looked at these were the coolest. Luckily the quality seems quite good and they fit just right. I like the strap that holds laces down. The zipper takes some getting used to. You just need to push your foot forward prior to zipping. I have been wearing these on weekend rides for about 5 months. Feet are comfortable with an added layer of safety thrown in. Haven’t had any issues with feet getting too warm yet…. Overall great subtle style with solid performance. Would buy again in a heartbeat
