Over the years I’ve been through several pairs of these boots for working outside in the grading business in the red clay southeast. They hold up well, with the soles/tread being the first part to deteriorate. There’s not a deep lug which is fine as it doesn’t hold a lot of mud on the wet days, yet still provides enough traction. The waterproofing has never been breached and the leather quality usually gets several positive comments from folks, at least in the first few months since this work is hard in footwear.The seller had the boots to my door in a couple days, ahead of schedule. True to size, albeit snug, but high is a good thing since the leather stretches to the foot shape after a few days providing a custom-ish fit. Good experience over all and when I wear these out in 2 years I’ll be back for another pair.
