I love Couristan rugs. My runner arrived today, very fast, even though I opted for the free shipping, and it came very well packaged. This is a flatweave style rug type known as indoor/outdoor. I live in Florida and I use indoor/outdoor rugs in my house because I like the lightweight, casual 'coastal ' style I feel they add. Not to mention, they are also a budget friendly way to add rugs to the home, being typically less expensive than traditional indoor rugs I've looked at. Another great thing about indoor/outdoor rugs is when it comes to foot traffic and pets. They hold up really really well. This rug has a really nice sturdy backing to it. My two cats love to lounge on the rugs, and if need be, these are very easy to clean with either a cloth and bit of liquid soap or carpet cleaner or vacuum cleaner, or even just shaken off. Two of my three rugs are the Couristan brand and I'll definitely be buying more of this brand in the future. I chose this one based off it matching the color tones of one of the other rugs I have. I think this brand of rugs offers outstanding quality for the price. As far as the color of the photo is concerned, I'd say the cocoa shade is a bit lighter and less of a warm tone than the photo suggests. Although that said, it may be my computer. Also I recommend looking at the photo of one of the lighter shades this rug comes in to get a better close up view of what the pattern/texture looks like. One issue was that initially I had a bit of a hard time finding this runner through an Amazon search when I typed in 'runners' , but maybe I just needed to provide a better search description or scroll through more pages than I did to get to it, as Amazon offers a huge selection of products. What I ended up doing was looking at the back label of one of my other rugs and saw it was Couristan brand. I then went directly to that company's website, found this runner, and then typed the specs in to the Amazon search engine and easily found it that way. In fact I recommend visiting the Couristan website because it shows all the rugs they make, the sizes and their awesome color chart to help match up the colors you are looking for. You can then go to Amazon and see if they sell the one you like. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Amazon.
