The first one I received had mildew so I had to get a replacement and it came nearly the very next day. When I put the chair together I thought something was wrong with it because the front, back, and side support bars on the bottom were all in the wrong place. However, I was completely mistaken! Switching the positions of the two front legs put the holes for the supports in the correct places and the chair looks exactly like the pictures in the product photos. I attached a photo of when the bottom support bars were in the wrong place and two photos of after I switched the front legs and the bottom support bars fit correctly.
