We just recently put down are precious pup. I was able to get this in the day we put her down and was able to fill it with her hair. The eyelet does not fit on the hook, so I have to use the jumper ring that is attached to the eyelet.It opened by itself and my dogs ashes went on the floor,The necklace is cute, we got the silver cylinder one with the wing. The funnel it came with was too small for the remains to fit through so we had to cut the tip, no big deal. We gave it to our daughter on the morning of her birthday and filled it with our hamsters remains who had just recently passed. We made sure it was screwed on tight. On the way to her birthday dinner later that day, it just broke open and our hamsters remains fell all over her and eventually onto the seat (I've added a picture). Luckily we have more remains so we can refill it but to say that eating dinner with hamster remains still on her shirt was gross...would be an understatement.We are going to refill it and try putting some super glue on the threading and then seal it. Hopefully that will do the trick and we won't go through that again.Ok product. Not extremely sturdy. Does break off easily. Would not purchase again.I am very happy w/ my purchase. It is a bit smaller than what I ordered or expected. It did take two months for the necklace to get here.I did not put the ashes in myself. The people that did Bella's cremation were very kind enough to place the ashes in the necklace w/ some of her fur.This is a very nice memorial to my pet I lost that I can wear as a necklace to keep him close to me. I had it customized with his name and everything looks very nice. Spelled correctly. And received in a timely matter.This is a very nice jewelry urn. I liked the size. Did have to secure the jump ring connection on the top, it was left open so it could have fallen off the chain. It was an easy fix with my jewelry pilers though.LOW VISABILITY UNLESS I WANT TO SHOW IT.Beautiful design and cute ,I like that there’s is two options keychain or necklace,I use the keychain for my cat ashes and I love the little angel wing it’s like my cat is watching over me ,thank you for making this thoughtful jewelry for animals loverThis product is horrible, I was just sitting with my family on my deck and all the sudden a black Item fell on the floor and I lifted it up, and the ashes on my late cat Leroy fell out all over the floor. I am disgusted that they wouldn't make a product meant to carry a dead loved one wouldn't be much stronger and harder to open. I recommend never buying this product unless you wish for your loved ones to be but dust on the floor.bought this after my cat passed away. i really like the design and the necklace has been sturdy since i got it but the chain and pendant do feel kind of cheap.Je recommande !
