Quality is a 1 but comfort is a 5, I'm a big guy and I spend 11 hours a day 4-6 days a week on my feet. These are actually the shortest a boot has ever lasted me before, the interior is falling apart. With that said they are the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. It's like they're already broken in. If you're hard on boots let this be a warning.
