Ordered 3x5 as a trial in Oct 2018. Color is a pale green that is a bit on the cool side (just like fresh sage). Mine is definitely NOT pea soup in color. Not in a high traffic area, but no concerns with pulls or shedding. Ordering the same color in 8x11 for sofa grouping. May not be especially easy to vacuum because of high/low pattern. For color reference this is between Sherwin Williams Topiary Tint 6449 and Easy Green 6450, but slightly GRAYER.2/3/20 Update: Ordered 8x10 rug as well and it has shed a bit, but not a deal breaker as all wool rugs (even more expensive machine made rugs and moderate hand knotted rugs will shed initially). Vacuums easily enough. Just let my son's VERY high energy visiting mini Aussie zoom back and forth over a few days of fetch and later found 2 pulled yarns. Not surprising as she stops and pivots on a dime. I access this wear as moderately pet resistant. Cat paw kneading, however would be highly destructive as this is a mix of cut and looped yarns. The design proportion depends on size of rug. Design is NOT scaled the same. The 3x5 has nice tight ironworks design. The 8x11 design is greatly expanded and unfortunately is not as pictured.
