I've bought ginger from Reed's on several occasions and encountered problems that people are not aware of. First, I was told as well as California suing over ginger grown in sewage-type contaminated soil from poorly monitored Asian growers. Second, shipping pieces of dark, dry, stale ginger mixed in with the more fresh ginger. Third, I've tried several times contacting, both by phone and email about order problems, they never answer their phones, voice messages or reply to emails.
