Pros: Beautiful knife with a nice weight and balance that is extremely sharp and cuts well. Cons: With the exception of our first three knives; we have had flawed handles with the rivits sticking out and not sitting flush with the handle. The first two knives that we received together with this flaw, we sent back. We ordered replacement ones from a different supplier on Amazon to insure we would not receive the same ones back. Those too were flawed. This time I contacted Wusthof. I sent the blades to them with specific instructions and details of what was wrong with them. I just received the blades back today with the same raised rivits. During our wait on the return of the two blades, we purchased the 8 piece steak knife set, all of which had the raised rivits. If our first set of knives would have had this repeated flaw, I would have gone with a different brand. NO QUALITY CONTROL ON A FLAGSHIP KNIFE!
