This item was delivered on 19 October 2024, and it was scheduled for return on 19 October 2024. The box was torn on all four sides; all the hardware was missing (i.e., no legs, screws, etc.) and the underlining of the chase was ripped as well. During the return process I was offered a partial return $87.17 plus tax, but I declined the offer; it would cost more to purchase 4 replacement legs. The overall look of the chaise was beautiful but since it could not be assembled, it was no way to determine if it was a good piece of furniture.
