I am now finishing day 7 of the cleanse, and thought I would summarize my experience.1. Shipping: items arrived on time and perfectly frozen.2. Thawing: the juices definitely do not thaw overnight, or even after 24 hours in the fridge. I had to leave them at room temperature and drink right away, which was fine.3. Flavor: on the first day, I was taken with the fresh, thoughtful mix of tastes and ingredients. Things got more and more difficult on days 2 and 3, when I had to force the juices down and develop drinking techniques that would make me least exposed to their taste. But then, around day 5-6 the taste started to feel better again. Overall, I think the juices are thoughtfully created and they definitely taste very fresh and energizing. But this is no milkshake.4. Process: I was not hungry throughout this week and on days 1-3 I could not even finish the whole set of 6 juices, it was just too much. Day three was very difficult, but after that the lightness and clarity are rewarding. And I definitely see slimming down around the waist on day 6.5. Advice: I bought a seven-day cleanse, but could not finish all the juices, which is fine as they are good in my freezer for the months to come. For some, buying a shorter cleanse might be more worthwhile--if you do not finish all the drinks, a 5-day amount of juice can easily stretch for a week. Of course, I understand that this will not work for everyone--just mentioning my experience.
