I bought this sandal after developing Taylor's bunion on a 6E wide foot, which made my foot even wider. These sandals did the trick.They work better and look better than most orthopedic foot ware. Once the velcro straps are set right, I just slip them on and off. I previously wore Birkenstocks, which lasted years, but no longer fit. Expect to replace the St. Johnsbury with the same product in about 6 months. Thanks Dunham for these sandals.
