This headboard is too small to fit a queen size bed/mattress, I imagine it would be fine for a full size. Headboard also will only fit the bed frame that is designed to be paired together, it will NOT fit a standard metal bed frame. I ended up giving this away to a neighbor as it does not work for what I needed.
