American West has always been known for producing top-quality items, with a lifetime guarantee on their workmanship. I have owned American West handbags for 25 years, and I still have the first one I bought. They have always been top quality, and I never have had a problem with them holding up to daily use. Sad to say that is not the case with this most recent purchase. It did not hold up even 24 hours of normal use without the concho falling off and leaving an ugly hole in its place. I contacted the seller through Amazon, but, American West did not respond.
