I ordered via Amazon, Ghirardelli Black Label Chocolate Sauce 87.3oz - Single Bottle for $27.68 a bottle and the required pump, Ghirardelli Sauce Pump 0.5 oz for use with 87.3 to 90.4 fluid ounce sauce bottlesfor $13.99, which both were delivered on June 27, 2022.Today is August 1, 2022, and when I started to use the Chocolate Sauce this morning to make Latties for my wife and myself, with our Amazon purchased Nickel colored Keurig K-Cafe Special Edition Single ServeK-Cup Pod Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino Maker K-cup Coffee Shot Capability, which comes with Milk Frother, I had problems pumping the sauce out of the bottle. I cleaned the thick Chocolate Sauce in the pump withhot water and tried to pump the Chocolate Sauce with very little luck, just a small amount would come out after about 20 pumps. I removed the shrink wrapped plastic label from the bottle and there is about a1/4 of a bottle is still in the bottle that I am having problems pumping out. I removed the pump and placed the bottle in the microwave for about 20 sec to try and thin the syrup and get the syrup off the wallsof the bottle. I placed the pump back into the bottle and still having problems pumping the remaining 1/4 of a bottle of Chocolate Sauce. I will probably have to remove the pump and put the bottle in the microwave again for several seconds to be able to pour out the Chocolate SaucePrior to ordering the Ghirardelli Black Label Chocolate Sauce 87.3oz, I had ordered from Amazon, Torani Puremade Sauce, Dark Chocolate, 16.5 Ounces (Pack of 4), for $17.23, which arrived on Mar 28, 2022. TheTorani Puremade Sauce, Dark Chocolate, 16.5 Ounces (Pack of 4) is a better deal and the Dark Chocolate Sauce tastes Just as good, if not better than the Ghirardelli Black Label Chocolate Sauce. When the ToraniPuremade Sauce, Dark Chocolate, 16.5 Ounce bottles will not pour out any more Chocolate, I take the lid off the bottle and place the bottle in the microwave for about 15 sec to thinn the Chocolate. I replace thelid and the Chocolate easily pour out. Typically, I can get about 4 days of Chocolate out of the bottle doing this. The 4 bottles lasted from Mar 28, 2022, to about June 20, 2022.With the Ghirardelli Black Label Chocolate Sauce, which was delivered on June 27, 2022, and I started having problems pumping the remaining 1/4 of a bottle still in the bottle on August 1, 2022, and will have to dealwith heating up the much larger 87.3oz bottle that has to be placed on its side in our microwave to warm up to pour out the remaining contents.I will not be purchasing again, from Amazon, the Ghirardelli Black Label Chocolate Sauce 87.3oz - Single Bottle for $27.68 a bottle and the required pump, Ghirardelli Sauce Pump 0.5 oz for use with 87.3 to 90.4 fluid ounce sauce bottlesfor $13.99, it is not worth the problems.I have ordered another from Amazon, Torani Puremade Sauce, Dark Chocolate, 16.5 Ounces (Pack of 4), for $17.23 and look into a Subscription from AmazonI have bought this a few times now. It's great in coffee, or on ice cream, pie, and cake. While I've made a better chocolate sauce with homemade ingredients, this is a good substitute for that. It comes out smooth, creamy, thick, and dark. It's very rich in flavour. I believe the product value could improve with a bit of a price decrease.Important Note: When you near the end of the bottle, it's best to store it top side down because it's very thick and will be difficult to get the last of it out of the bottle unless you store it this way. The design of the bottle could use a little help in this regard. Even when you store it upside down, a lot will still be stuck inside the bottle which is only retrievable by pouring something like warm coffee/water into the container, then shaking it vigorously to dissolve the last of the thick sauce from the bottle. I use coffee since it makes a nice addition to my coffee, but you could use any warm liquid you wish. Be careful when shaking, because the warm liquid expands a bit when you do this and may eject the flip top lid, so remember to hold that down when shaking.Oh wow, so much yum. I opened one as soon as it arrived, and it was hard to stop eating it. The caramel is as expected, much like I would get drizzled through an iced Starbucks caramel macchiato. I rarely get out these days, and almost never buy coffee out anymore, so I make my own lovely creations at home. Usually I prefer black unsweetened coffee, but once in awhile I like a treat coffee. I'll also be drizzling this all over vanilla ice cream. Or directly into my mouth. MmmmmmI dont rate on price. We can all see the price before purchase, we all have different budgets, needs, preferences, availability of products, convenience of buying online, prices fluctuate, etc etc. Currently as a subscribe and save, the pack of 4 is $16.93 ($0.26 per ounce), $4.23 per bottle. I find that reasonable.Bottles were well packed, each bottle has safety seal in place, well sealed. After I took that off (I stuck with scissors then pulled back until totally off), then put lid back on. Flip cap squeeze bottle.Good consistency. Thick enough to be decadent, thin enough to drizzle to hearts content.I was looking for a caramel sauce for my lattes and after many different brands, this one hits the mark! Occasionally you need to heat up the sauce, but otherwise the flavor is great and not too sweet! Highly recommend for coffeeMainly bought this product because i dont have a coffee shop near me and really have an addiction to caramel iced coffee. Just the right amount of added sweetness. Also really awesome on top of ice cream. For under $5 each I got a fairly decent size bottle , or actually four bottles of very good flavor Carmel. This has got to be one of the best deals I have found on Amazon yet!Great flavor! I made my own version of Starbucks pumpkin cold foam with it and it tastes just like it! A bit pricey for the size but worth it if you love pumpkin.I made an iced latte with some Torani sugar free French vanilla syrup, and I cold frothed some Oatly oat milk with a squirt of the cookies and cream sauce. I added the frothed milk to my oat milk with SF French vanilla syrup and espresso and mixed it together. Then I added a little bit extra of the cookies and cream sauce on top. It made a delightful cookies and cream latte, and I could clearly taste the sauce, even though I didn’t add a massive amount to the latte. For reference my iced latte cup was 24 oz and filled about 2/3 of the way with ice. I also tasted a little from the seal after removing it, and it had a really good flavor to it that I thought tasted like cookies and cream. It mixed very well with the SF Torani French vanilla syrup.I usually buy the caramel one and it's so delicious and really thick. I love it. I bought this one because I thought chocolate and caramel is a great combination, but it doesn't taste like caramel at all. It tastes like chocolate liquor. It is sweet but also bitter in the way alcohol is bitter. I don't understand why it's called chocolate caramel because there's no caramel taste. Also, it's not thick like their Caramel one is.Nevertheless, it tastes delicious! I made myself a cappuccino and put some cool whip on top and then drizzled this sauce on it. Who needs that popular and very expensive leftist coffee shop? Not me! I can make this at home and not support their propaganda.I can't quite figure out what I don't like about this glaze, and it's more a glaze than a sauce. It's trying to be too many things, and it comes off as sweet, kinda chocolatey, I miss the caramel altogether and the salt. I have the plain caramel sauce by the same maker and it's very good. About the most positive thing I can say about it is it's decorative. I would not buy again.Exactly what you want to use to make they that PSL taste. Top it off with some whip cream and pumpkin spices and you are good to go. Will buy again!Used this with a Philips 5400, half a teaspoon of sugar, couple of shots of sauce and ran the latte.I love this Torani salted chocolate caramel sauce mixed in with espresso and topped with fresh whipped topping, then drizzled with a little more of this awesome sauce.I will likely top off my ice cream with it next time. If you love chocolate, you’ll love this sauce.I ordered this because I make lattes. I like a drizzle on top of most of my frothed milk. It is a runny syrup compared to the caramel and dark chocolate sauces. I’d like it a bit thicker but it works. Good flavor too!
