I was impressed with the overall quality of this watch box. The materials seem high quality and the fit/finish is nice. All of the watch pillows are removable and flexible enough to accommodate different size watches. The hinges allow the box to stay open nicely. There are two magnets in the trim of the box top. This allows the box lid to securely close in place. I was initially concerned about the presence of magnets in a watch box. I did not want it to magnetize my automatic watches. It doesn't appear that the magnetic field from the small magnets extends into the actual top storage area. Therefore, I don't believe the magnets will be strong enough to negatively affect the watches stored in the box. A nice box to display my growing watch collection.
