The product was not as described. It looked like a dead rat when I took it out of the box. Looked nothing like the picture and the vendor was difficult to work with. She thought I couldn't style it...there was absolutely nothing to style...because of this experience I will never buy an Envy again. Not even from professional salon. There is a big separation on the top of the wig. Horrible.
