The doors won’t close if you put size 11 men’s shoes inside. It’s also missing a lot of pieces such as only providing 15 shelf supports instead of 16, and only 23 16mm screws instead of 24. Also, the step 7 holes were too big for the 12mm screws supplied. We had to close the holes and re-drill them for to the correct size…and if you decide you want a refund, you have to disassemble the whole thing and somehow put it back in its original boxes
