We had a contractor install the doors and windows a few years ago. The door handle on the sliding glass door broke and needed to be replaced. We couldn't find the paperwork so we didn't have a 'brand name'. So I measured twice then looked on line for a similar model. The unit arrived and it installed flawlessly. Except for one of the two screws. It wouldn't 'grab'. It felt stripped. So I contacted the seller. I called on a Friday, and Monday was a Holiday. The girl on the phone asked if it would be OK if she sent out the screw set ( 2 pieces ) on Tuesday? Sure, I had no problem with observing the Holiday. The package arrived that Wednesday. The handle is well made, customer service was great. And the handle works well, locks and unlocks easily. Actually better than the original. The locking mechanism handle is larger and is easier to flip up or down. Kudos.
