While many times when you see something online and then receive it you are sadly disappointed, that's not the case here! This jacket was beautiful, more than I could have hoped for, so much so I plan on buying another very soon. I had a hard time choosing between this jacket and another but after my experience with Classyak I am a customer for life and will be getting the other jacket real soon. I will admit the jacket was cut small, I normally take a 2XL and ordered a 3XL but returned it for a 5XL and it fit perfectly. Some might think this a bad experience but no because I got to see what kind of company Classyak is and how well they're return policy works and I cannot say enough about them, THEY WERE GREAT! I emailed them explaining my problem and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I was expecting a response in a day or two but no, Max at Classyak responded to me within the hour, he emailed me a return package label and I took it to the UPS store and received my replacement jacket within days, at no charge to me! As nice as my jacket is and I am very happy with it, its the customer service that really sold me on Classyak. Thank You Max & Classyak for a Great Jacket and your wonderful customer service, out of Five Stars you are a Six!
