Easy to assemble. I didn’t realize that the wood shelves wouldn’t be lined.Overall, it’s good and will do what I need it to. Know that the drywall anchors that it comes with are a joke. Mine smashed and warped. I took some from my stash to hang it instead. Also, it’s obvious, but I didn’t realize it til I hung it - you hang it on cleats that go in the wall, so it’s on a slight angle (pictured). Seems not to be a big deal, though. Lots of reviews complain about studded earring shortage - ignore them, the padding for the rings works perfectly fine. (Although hoops do need to be laid flat on the shelves.) Lots of other reviews complain about necklace storage. Listen to them! Here’s the issue - the necklace storage on the door closed against the shelves (see photo). As a result, only thinner chains and relatively flat or thin pendants work on those hooks. So all my “chunky” jewelry is jammed onto the hooks in the wall side, which doesn’t allow for super long necklaces. Some reviewers complained about the bracelet bar. Yes, only flexible bands can fit there - they bend around a shelf when closed. I just ignored the bar and laid my bracelets on the shelf. The cabinet does have a chemical smell. But I only notice when opening - I didn’t think it’s as strong as others. So several little problems, but this product does have more necklace space than others and it does ultimately get the job done.I ordered this because I've been looking for something to hold all my earrings. I have a ton. This fit everything I had. It is great. I can now see everything so easy going to work in the morning. No more digging through my jewelry box. But...I will say, it smelled terrible coming out of the box. I had seen that on other reviews so I left it open for 3 days and sprayed it with Fabreeze a bunch of times. It still smells when I open it, but it's no longer noticible closed.When I first ordered the armoire, it came in glass-cracked, and I had to return it. I received the replacement very quickly, and once they verified that they received the damaged one, they immediately issued the refund. They were very quick and efficient as far as customer service. As for the new one, the only down side is that there really isn’t a space to put non-flexible bracelets. If you try to place it on the rod, the mirror will not close. Overall, I am content with the purchase. I finally have somewhere organized to place my jewelry.Beautiful jewelry organizer, very sturdy, strong magnet for keeping the door closed. Would be better with more space between necklace holders. The bottom row is essentially useless for necklaces because its so close to the bottom of the door. There is also a subtle factory cleanser smell.It didn't ship well, arrived with a broken mirror. I was going to get a refund but decided I didn't want to deal with getting it back in the box and hauling to UPS so I took out the mirror.I love this jewelry organizer. It makes my life so much better. It’s a little tough getting the earrings in specially if they’re studs but overall it’s good. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the strong smell. It still has it after a month of having it it’s just not strong. I had to spray it with febreeze multiple times and leave the door open.Great product idea, below satisfactory execution. I thought this was going to be an AMAZING purchase for myself. I love jewelry and have a pretty large statement earring collection and I was really looking forward to this armoire. It arrived exactly like the image, but I am not very pleased with the storage execution. You will not be able to hang statement hoops or bracelets that aren’t flexible on the rod because the armoire will not close. Also, the earring holder is a little difficult to use. Only hook earrings fit here, so my statement earrings with backs have no home in this thing unless you want to shove them on the shelve or in one of the drawers. Sad day.
